Settle in with our elegant 3-course dinner which will be held in the underground Barrel Cellar. We will be dining in the midst hundreds of candlelit barrels, where Peller houses their finest red wines, patiently waiting their debut. Chef Parsons has designed a wonderful seasonal menu, complete with the Winemaker’s Pairings per course, (all VQA wines).
